Mr. Joseph Miesch has been assisting business owners and business buyers for over 32 years in the sale / acquisition privately-held businesses located throughout Northern California and has been involved in hundreds of transactions. During that time, he performed valuation services for a wide variety of businesses, qualified in Superior Court as an expert witness for the valuation of closely-businesses, and gave a number of seminars on the Direct Market Data Method to the Litigation Support Group of East Bay chapter of the California Society of CPA's . In negotiating for his clients, Mr. Miesch utilizes a win-win strategy to maximize client outcomes and produce agreements that both parties will honor voluntarily, thus decreasing the likelihood of disputes and litigation.
